YOUR ROLE

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members and support a collaborative team environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
