A leading financial services provider is seeking a dedicated professional to manage renewals for Small Business Alpha cases. This role emphasizes maintaining advisor relationships and ensuring high persistency in renewals. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of group benefits.
The incumbent will be responsible for renewals of all GB Small Business Alpha cases and Signature cases up to 50 lives from the first renewal onwards, working with Account Executives (AE), Small Business (SB) Director, Renewal Underwriters, and other staff in the RGO. Supports the Account Executives in building and maintaining successful advisor relationships.
Persistency is key to Small Business profitability. This role focuses on maintaining high persistency while balancing group profitability through discretionary spending. It also involves working closely with the AE to enhance persistency and advisor relationships.
