Job Description
As a Sales Associate at InEight, you’ll hit the ground running working alongside experienced Account Executives to support lead generation, prospect qualification, and outreach strategies. This is a high-impact, performance-based role with the opportunity to grow into a self-producing role based on demonstrated success and leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and set appointments for Account Executives (AEs).
- Work closely with AEs to develop top account and territory strategies that drive pipeline creation.
- Uncover pain points and business challenges using a solution-based approach.
- Update and manage lead and opportunity data in Salesforce
- Become a trusted voice and product knowledge resource through continued learning.
- Periodically attend conferences and seminars
- Occasional travel with AE
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume sales role - ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, but not required.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and new account development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct effective discovery calls and handle objections with confidence
- Relentless in pursuit of goals - driven, resilient, and highly motivated to exceed targets and grow professionally
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with construction, oil and gas, utilities, or similar industries is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
