Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Bristol, TN to bring the AE experience to life for every guest.

You’ll be the face of the brand, energizing the sales floor, educating customers on AE & Aerie products, and driving loyalty sign-ups with a friendly, welcoming approach. In this role you’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, handle multiple tasks with enthusiasm, and represent our values with integrity while providing

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and friendly guest interaction.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggested fits.
• Introduce loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Assist the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits to meet their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
