Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of our company, sharing product knowledge and building brand loyalty with every guest, while aligning with our values and bringing your REAL self to work. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, and introduce the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with customers.
• Energetic, positive attitude in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand.
• Retail experience preferred and a friendly, engaging presence.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and store channels to guests.
• Remain flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns in line with company policy with a positive approach.
• Support team to get tasks done with integrity and adherence to policies.

Your Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and do so with a "friends first" mindset. (We'll teach you everything you need to know.)
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and enthusiastically suggest product options that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Keep flexible across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in getting the job done and work with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures.
