Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florence, KY. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.

You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience and build brand loyalty. We value energetic individuals who love AE and Aerie products, have retail experience, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to engage customers with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a retail setting.

• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, educating them on product details, introducing the AEO loyalty program, and flexing between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You solve problems proactively, maintain integrity, and support your teammates.

Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, showing a “friends first” mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit guest needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You can easily shift between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• You solve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• You are a team player, always willing to assist teammates to get the job done.
• You act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
