Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will help guests have an exceptional shopping experience, share your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing the company values.

You’ll work across store areas and collaborate with your team to meet goals, staying energetic and guest-focused in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to interact with guests and provide excellent service.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to learn and explain product details and AE/Aerie loyalty benefits.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work on the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns within company policy and preserve a positive experience.
• Support the team to achieve store goals and uphold brand standards.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

Your Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you're proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products; you educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can work flexibly in the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• You assist your team in achieving goals.
• You act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
