Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Jeffersonville, OH. You will bring the brand to life, create an amazing shopping experience, and help build brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom while representing our values and your real self at work. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and help guests find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly,

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and their details.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
