As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to meet their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different zones like the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist your team to accomplish store goals, demonstrating teamwork.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO's policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
