Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) is a national nonprofit that provides community-based alternatives to youth incarceration and residential placement. Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, YAP partners with youth justice, child welfare, behavioral health, and education systems to deliver individualized, wraparound services that keep youth safely in their homes and communities.

Advocates work directly in the community to help participants develop skills, meet goals, and strengthen family and community connections.
Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Hourly, Part-Time position serving youth and families throughout St. Lawrence County are available.
Availability: Flexible, Non-Traditional Hours; Evenings and Weekends may be required.
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
