Responsibilities

• Lead 3–5 associates to handle out-of-network authorizations from intake to final determination.
• Monitor daily tasks and ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
• Coordinate with leadership to align goals and expectations.
• Use Salesforce reporting to oversee operations and ensure timely submissions.
• Act as liaison between specialty teams, operations and executives.
• Deliver weekly status reports and drive process improvements.
