Job summary

Alteva RCM is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Claims Resolution function in New York. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and people leadership to drive efficiency and ensure compliance.

You will oversee team leads, develop workflows, monitor performance, and coordinate with legal and revenue cycle teams to resolve claims disputes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience leading multiple team members or leads.
• Strong research and analytical skills to interpret regulations.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks and reimbursement rules.
• Ability to translate regulatory concepts into clear procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Claims Resolution function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• oversee team leads and members, providing direction, coaching, and support.
• Develop and maintain workflows, reporting structures, and processes for growth.
• Monitor performance to improve productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations across multiple jurisdictions and apply appropriate frameworks.
• Research jurisdiction-specific requirements and translate findings into operational guidance.
