• Design, deliver, and maintain trainer-led programs for onboarding and ongoing advisor education.
• Partner with SMEs across the tech stack to formalize and refresh training content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for new advisors and teams.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions; host office hours.
• Embed client experience standards into onboarding trainings.
• Provide refresher trainings to reinforce adoption and best practices.
• Publish microlearning videos for quick on-demand support.
• Coordinate with vendors to stay current on features and translate updates into training.
• Answer questions as first point of contact and escalate complex issues to SMEs.
• Monitor usage and engagement to identify gaps and schedule targeted training.
