Job summary

The Advisor Onboarding Consultant at Cambridge Investment Research will guide new financial professionals through the onboarding and transition process, coordinating with internal teams and delivering targeted training. You will serve as a primary contact, resolve inquiries, and help refine processes to improve the overall transition experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience, education, and/or training.
• No licenses or certificates are required for this position.
• Ability to learn Cambridge processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with financial professionals by understanding their basic business needs and procedures.
• Develop a tailored transition plan for each professional.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding and transition.
• Organize and deliver training on products, services, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain training materials for reference and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support improvement of user experience and workflows.
• Assist with escalated issues through guided support and resolution of complex processes.
• Support Transition Leadership in planning projects to improve efficiency.
• Learn about industry topics, internal programs, technology solutions, and Cambridge product lines.
