Job summary

Altruist in Dallas, TX seeks an Advisor Support Representative for a hybrid role, three days per week in the office. You will diagnose complex inquiries spanning accounts and trading, and partner with product, engineering, and compliance to drive resolutions.

You will build advisor trust, learn Altruist’s product and workflows, and develop specialized expertise to support growth and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support or call center experience.
• 2+ years of broker-dealer operations or clearing firm experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex inquiries across accounts, funding, trading, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and compliance to shepherd issues to resolution.
• Build rapport with advisors and drive trust and long-term loyalty.
• Become an expert in Altruist’s product and end-to-end workflows.
• Develop specialization areas and serve as a go-to resource for advisors and internal partners.
• Translate complex customer issues clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to documentation, templates, and FAQs to improve support processes.
