Job summary

Citadel Credit Union is seeking a Non-Registered Client Associate to support Financial Advisors with client accounts and maintenance, perform administrative duties, and deliver superior member service.

You will handle account openings, document processing, and communications approvals, scheduling, and liaison with broker-dealer and fund companies. Five years of customer service and financial industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of customer service and financial industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• FINRA SIE exam is required.

Responsibilities

• Process new account setups and maintenance requests with accuracy.
• Assist Financial Advisors with client communications and paperwork.
• Prepare mailings, filings, and routine administrative tasks.
• Schedule client meetings and maintain advisor calendars.
• Support broker‑dealer, annuity, and fund communications as directed.
• Generate reports and provide information to Advisors as needed.
• Identify issues requiring escalation to the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional member service and relationship building.
