Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
• Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients via phone, in-person, email, and mailings.
• Onboards new clients, opens new client accounts, and researches client and security information using internal databases and technologies.
• Ensures client information and documentation comply with firm and industry requirements, rules and regulations.
• Processes and monitors transfer of assets to ensure assets and cost basis are received.
• Monitors available cash, runs weekly cash reports, and contacts clients with investment opportunities.
• Reviews and responds to corporate action items and client account alerts.
• Prepares financial reports, spreadsheets, and materials for client meetings.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Financial Advisors.
• Creates and maintains client records using CRM software; supports marketing efforts and events.
