AI-enabled approaches are a desired element of the solution to improve the speed, scale, and consistency of analysis and decision support. The work includes producing readiness assessments and decision-support products; establishing and maintaining consistent readiness metrics and reporting; and integrating data from multiple authoritative and legacy sources to deliver actionable analytics and dashboards. Advanced analytics and, where appropriate, AI/ML techniques (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, natural language processing of maintenance narratives) are used to identify readiness drivers and constraints, improve predictive analytics, and inform trade-space decisions that balance near-term readiness with longer-term capability objectives, including Fleet legacy platform/systems sustainment and modernization transitions.
