Senior Advisor, Advisory – U.S. Navy

Responsibilities
- Provide senior advisory support to the Government and the customer on program and project operations.
- Evaluate and improve evolving program/project plans, change‑management strategies, and operational processes to enhance the customer’s business methodology.
- Apply principles of business management, organizational structures, and information management to develop long‑ and short‑term management plans aligned with organizational outcomes.
- Analyze current business, operational, and financial processes and relationships.
- Recommend programmatic approaches for redefining, planning, organizing, designing, developing, and modifying existing practices and processes.
- Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
- Execute tasks that require both practical experience and advanced technical knowledge in a specialized area.
- Demonstrate broad expertise sufficient to support an entire domain of client operations—including maintenance & supply chain management and total force management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent specialized experience. Six additional years of related work experience may be considered as a substitute.
- Fifteen years of related experience, with at least six (6) years of direct experience in the Military Personnel, Training, Education, and Readiness (MPTE) concentration area.
- Prior military experience as a commissioned officer or senior DoD government experience (GS‑14/15, O5‑O6) may be considered favorably.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
- U.S. Citizen.
Compensation
Salary range: $130,816.00 – $196,603.00 (dependent on qualifications and contract terms).
