Advisor - Organizational Change Management

Join FarWell as a Change Management Advisor in Milwaukee, WI. This hybrid role involves leading organizational change initiatives and collaborating across disciplines to deliver lasting results.

Location

Milwaukee, WI – Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and design organizational change initiatives, including people side of change.
  • Manage scope, budget and schedule of projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder, communication and risk plans.
  • Apply continuous improvement concepts such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or PDCA to support change activities.
  • Develop multi‑mode communications for diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering customer‑centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, balancing stakeholder needs and solving complex problems.
  • Document lessons learned and maintain best‑practice libraries to support future engagements.
