Job Title: Advisor – Agile

Farwell Project Advisors, LLC is looking for an M‑shaped Advisor who brings depth in multiple disciplines and can collaborate across teams. The role focuses on Agile leadership, project management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams and coach team members on frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban.
• Manage budgets, scope, and deadlines, and know when to push back on requirements.
• Mentor and hold fellow practitioners accountable; provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines to solve complex client needs.
• Deliver multi‑mode communications that address audience-specific needs.
