Farwell Project Advisors, LLC is looking for an Advisor to join our team.
Breadth + Depth.
We are ideally looking for a “M-Shaped” Advisors.

At FarWell, we seek M-shaped Advisors—professionals who bring deep expertise in multiple areas along with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.

The vertical bars of the “M” represent key technical competencies—skills and expertise that allow advisors to excel in disciplines such as Change Management, Project Management, Process Optimization, or Agile.

The horizontal connections illustrate the ability to leverage this expertise holistically across disciplines, collaborate across teams, and adapt to complex client needs. Agile Practitioners.

We are looking for an experienced agile practitioner (3 to 5+ years). Some of the frameworks that we regularly utilize are SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, Kanban, etc. Our general approach is framework agnostic, choosing the best framework for the situation. Some experience with Agile Coaching is required.

Executing + Advising.

Being able to lead an agile team and succeed in any environment – regardless of maturity level, managing a budget, deadlines & scope, knowing when to push back on requirements, mentoring other agile practitioners, holding yourself and others accountable, and providing meaningful feedback will all be very important parts of this role. Knowing an agile framework or two like the back of your hand will also come in very handy.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience.

  • Many of our clients do support remote work. However, we are seeing a growing preference for hybrid schedules, with some clients requesting occasional on-site collaboration. Flexibility varies by engagement, and we work closely with our advisors and clients to find arrangements that meet everyone’s needs.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Work is generally performed in an office environment and routinely requires employees to perform the following while carrying out the essential functions of this job:

  • Use standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer/photocopier, etc.)
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Travel occasionally to client sites and other locations for events, meetings, etc.
