Job summary

Vicus Capital in State College, PA is seeking an Advisor Onboarding & Licensing Coordinator to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new financial advisors and to coordinate licensing, registration, and transition activities across our lines of business.

The ideal candidate balances relationship management with detailed regulatory work, supports various compliance initiatives, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience working with CRM and office productivity tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and transition of new financial advisors, acting as primary contact.
• Assist advisors with licensing and registration paperwork across regulatory entities.
• Support existing advisors with licensing and registrations.
• Identify improvements to onboarding workflows and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Business Development, and senior leadership for a seamless advisor experience.
• Support compliance projects including account opening and due diligence reviews.
