Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and transition of new financial advisors; act as primary contact.
• Assist with licensing and registration submissions for regulators and insurers.
• Support current advisors with licensing and registrations.
• Identify onboarding workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and leadership to ensure a smooth advisor experience.
• Assist with compliance projects such as account openings and due diligence reviews.
