Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking an Advisor Onboarding Specialist in Austin to strengthen relationships with new and existing advisors. This direct-hire opportunity offers a salary of up to $125,000 annually and requires about 80% travel.

The ideal candidate will support newly affiliated advisor firms with onboarding, training, and technology support while maintaining high advisor satisfaction and retention. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of 4+ years of equivalent financial services industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial services technology platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with advisors through onsite visits and engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisor technology platforms.
• Provide onsite transition support for newly affiliated advisor firms.
