Integrity is hiring a Transition Specialist in Austin, TX to lead onboarding for new representatives/advisors. You will serve as the go-to person during transitions and help coordinate training across departments to ensure a smooth start.

The role requires an AA degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with Securities industry familiarity (Series 7/24/65/66 preferred). Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• AA degree and 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Securities industry experience required; broker-dealer, RIA, or insurance preferred.
• Licensing: Series 7, 24 and 65/66 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for new reps/advisors through onboarding.
• Coordinate with departments to train reps/advisors for a smooth transition.
• Assist in creating form packets to move the book of business to Integrity Wealth.
• Review transition account packets for accuracy and forward for processing.
• Manage broker-dealer change requests and tracking for processing.
• Create and maintain onboarding and tracking systems for new recruits.
• Update all forms for locations including website and workflow systems.
• Lead projects to improve onboarding and transition processes.
