Vanguard seeks Certified Financial Advisors for remote opportunities available to candidates located in the Austin, Texas area. This remote role collaborates with experienced advisors across Vanguards retail division to deliver investor-first guidance and planning support.

As a Vanguard Advisor, you will establish, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships, partner with investors to plan for financial goals, provide investment strategies and planning guidance, and deliver personalized

Qualifications

• CFP designation required.
• Series 7, 63, or 66 (or ability to acquire within 3 months).
• Three years (Financial Advisor) or five years (Senior Financial Advisor) advisory experience.
• Experience managing a book of business with client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Knowledge of trust and estate planning to help preserve wealth.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Certified Financial Planner® designationrequired.

• Series 7, 63, or 66 (or the ability toacquirewithin 3 months of assuming the position).

• Three years (Financial Advisor) or five years (Senior Financial Advisor) of advisory experience, specifically in advice planning, book of business management, and relationship management.

• Demonstrated experience managing a book ofbusinesswitha track recordof client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Experience applying trust and estate planning knowledge to help preserveclients’ wealth.

• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and industry regulations.

• A positive and resilient change agent who fosters collaboration as both a peer and business partner.

Special Factors:

• This role is designated as remote and must be performed within Texas. Employees are expected to maintain their primary work location within the Austin metropolitan area, with a preference for residing within a 50-mile radius of Austin, unless otherwise approved by Vanguard. Attendance at periodic in-person meetings, team events, training sessions, or other business-related travel may be required.
