Alliant is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for the Sequent Planning office in Omaha, Nebraska. This role focuses on advisor onboarding and program administration to support our expanding field network.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in insurance/contracting processing, and strong MS Office skills to effectively coordinate with branch management and home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• One or more years of general insurance and/or contracting & appointment processing in an agency and/or carrier setting.
• Two or more years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate advisor onboarding, including initial setup, background checks, and contract terms with the broker dealer.
• Assist with contracting and appointment processing, ensuring accurate licensing and carrier approvals.
• Maintain recruiter records and provide reports; communicate with branch management and home office.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
