The demand for high-quality health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE) to support drug development, health technology assessment, product differentiation, and clinical decision-making continues to grow. The HEOR team aims to accelerate equitable patient access and transform healthcare through impactful science. The HEOR research scientist will provide strategic insights and leadership into health outcomes evidence needs, including health economics, patient-reported outcomes, real-world data, and access and reimbursement. The role requires knowledge of health outcomes disciplines, therapeutic areas within Lilly’s portfolio, drug development, and market understanding. Responsibilities include developing and articulating product value propositions, patient outcomes strategies, real-world evidence generation, and differentiation strategies.
