Job summary

Integrity Wealth is seeking a VP, Advisor Success & Solutions to lead the advisor experience organization for a $55 billion platform serving more than 1,100 advisors. This executive owns same-store growth, retention, and return on assets — running a three-pod advisor success model, the solutions bench, and the retention system that protects every recruited dollar.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years in wealth management with accountability for advisor experience or leadership on a large platform.
• Proven track record of driving same-store growth and asset retention at scale.
• Experience designing segmented service models with retention and growth results.
• Fluency in platform economics: advisory conversion, fee-based revenue, product shelf, and tech adoption.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own same-store growth, retention, and return on assets end to end across the advisor book.
• Lead the advisor success pods, solutions bench, and technology consulting; design pod coverage and ratios.
• Operate the retention system with risk scoring and intervention plays for at-risk books.
• Own the advisor experience standard from transition to steady state with analytics and reporting.
• Partner with Growth, and with investment/product leadership on shelf strategy and advisor input.
