Integrity Wealth is seeking a Sr. Director of Advisor Success & Solutions to lead the advisor experience organization for a $55 billion platform serving more than 1,100 advisors. This executive owns same-store growth, retention, and return on assets — running a three-pod advisor success model, the solutions bench, and the retention system that protects every recruited dollar.

The role suits a leader of leaders who can convert service quality into measurable growth at scale.

Qualifikationen

Fifteen+ years in wealth management with advisor experience leadership accountability.
Record of delivering measurable same-store growth and asset retention.
Experience designing a segmented service model with retention and growth results.
Fluency in platform economics and advisory revenue strategies; proven leader of leaders.

Aufgaben

Own same-store growth, retention, and ROA end to end.
Lead the pod-based advisor success model and the solutions bench; set pod coverage and ratios.
Operate the retention system with risk scoring and interventions on at-risk books.
Own the advisor experience standard from transition through steady state with reporting/analytics.
Partner with Growth, investment and product leadership on strategy and advisor input loop.
