Cornerstone Planning Group in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Advisor Growth Specialist to help expand our advisor community. You will work with the Director of Advisor Growth to generate opportunities and represent Cornerstone at industry events.

This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, CRM management, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified meetings. A strong communicator with 2+ years in business development will thrive in our growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in business development, outbound sales, recruiting, lead generation, financial services, or another relationship-driven role.
• Experience generating and qualifying opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
• Experience developing professional relationships through conferences, trade shows, networking programs, or other live events.

Responsibilities

• Generate Advisor Opportunities by contacting prospective advisors and building a qualified pipeline.
• Support Conferences and Industry Events by preparing for, attending, and following up after events.
• Build and Cultivate Relationships with prospective advisors and manage ongoing engagement.
• Manage the Advisor Growth Pipeline with CRM records, activity tracking, and prioritization.
• Improve How We Grow by sharing insights with marketing and growth teams and refining outreach approaches.
• Partner with the Director of Advisor Growth to initiate conversations and schedule meaningful introductory meetings.
