Qualifications

• Track record of solid sales results (e.g., L/H/A, investments) and ability to provide holistic, purpose-based advice.
• Experience in leading groups and presenting to drive advisor success.
• Professional designation or progress toward achievement preferred.
• Ability to model and promote use of Thrivent tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Launch new financial advisors into teams and observe/coach on case preparation, consultation, and delivery.
• Demonstrate and coach the use of Thrivent planning tools during the sales process.
• Serve as main contact for advisors and help analyze gaps and opportunities to grow.
• Develop and execute marketing plans leveraging relationships in the community.
