Job summary

Orion is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver proactive relationship support and exceptional service to advisors within an assigned territory. You will blend relationship management, advisor enablement, operational execution, and AI-assisted service to create a more efficient, personalized advisor experience.

This hybrid role requires three or more days on-site weekly and commuting distance to an Orion office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years in client service or financial services
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Team-based, shared service model experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional in handling complex or sensitive situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely, accurate resolution
• Build familiarity and relationships with advisors to ensure continuity of service
• Guide advisors on systems, custodial requirements, workflows, and platform capabilities
• Support adoption and effective use of Orion platforms through education and guidance
• Use AI-generated insights to identify opportunities for proactive outreach and service improvement
• Process daily servicing work including account management and call support
• Maintain a high-level of accuracy and regulatory awareness in all servicing activities
• Provide clear communication and status updates to advisors and internal stakeholders
• Contribute feedback to improve processes, AI workflows, and knowledge resources
