Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver proactive advisor support within a hybrid model. You will use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, summarize interactions, and surface insights while maintaining human judgment and accountability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client service or financial services, strong communication and relationship skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in client service or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors within an assigned territory as part of a team-based servicing model.
• Respond to advisor inquiries across channels with timely and accurate resolution.
• Guide advisors on systems, custodial requirements, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Use AI-enabled tools to surface insights and improve service delivery.
• Provide training and ongoing education to drive adoption and reduce friction.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements in a high-risk environment.
