The Advisor Experience Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, focused on supporting real estate advisors and enhancing their day-to-day experience with the brokerage. This role coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes for advisors, manages access to company tools and platforms, and ensures advisors are informed about policies, resources, and best practices. The Coordinator will assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions, meetings, and events, and will help maintain up-to-date documentation, guides, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include responding to advisor inquiries, troubleshooting basic system or process issues, and liaising with internal departments to resolve advisor needs promptly. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by gathering advisor feedback, tracking common challenges, and supporting initiatives that improve advisor satisfaction and productivity.
