You will blend strategic advisory leadership with rigorous program management to accelerate value delivery for thousands of advisors and clients.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in financial services, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agile initiatives, and communicate with executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years in financial services.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs or PMOs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, risk, and change management.
• Experience with SDLC, systems integration, and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ConnectWealth program execution with cross-functional teams.
• Drive advisor engagement and platform adoption strategies.
• Facilitate governance forums and executive-level communications.
• Mitigate program risks and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate advisor needs into actionable program priorities.
