Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC welcomes a ConnectWealth Platform Specialist to serve as an SME for the Unified Managed Account platform within Global Private Bank and US Wealth Management. You will drive adoption, tailor resources for advisors, and translate platform capabilities into tangible client and advisor benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in managed accounts, wealth management or investments organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of managed investment products and/or investment advisory business preferred.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail; self motivated, resilient and goal oriented.
• Ability to work under tight timelines, with a track record of meeting deliverables and metrics.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders including Advisors, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls partners.
• Strong team player with ability to work with teams at all levels.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and influence colleagues, including technical and functional partners.
• Confident communicator with ability to provide clear verbal and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Train on evolving UMA Platform & Program and design advisor resources and trainings.
• Deliver training in various forums, leveraging digital/scalable mediums when possible.
• Provide insights to optimize Advisor experience, efficiency & productivity.
• Deliver platform capabilities for varying client preferences and buying behaviors.
• Synthesize and articulate program/platform capabilities and benefits to promote client acquisition and deepen relationships.
• Be a trusted partner to advisors on features & capabilities and assist with complex client situations.
