Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a senior ConnectWealth Program and Change Management Lead to drive the wealth management transformation, overseeing change strategy, advisory engagement, and end-to-end program delivery across multiple product areas.

You will guide adoption, governance, and performance metrics, partnering with business and technology leaders to achieve measurable value and sustainable advisor experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in wealth management or investment management.
• Demonstrated success driving advisor engagement and adoption initiatives
• 6+ years of proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs or PMOs, preferably in a technology or operations transformation context
• Deep knowledge of program management best practices, including Agile methodologies, risk management, and change management
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making
• Highly influential communicator with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong business acumen and understanding of wealth management products, operations, and technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the ConnectWealth program, leveraging PMO frameworks to deliver on-time and on-budget across multiple product areas and cross-functional teams.
• Orchestrate governance forums and Product Cabinet meetings to drive actionable decisions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve program risks and issues to ensure sustained program health.
• Manage and influence relationships across all organizational levels, from advisors to senior executives, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Create compelling executive-level materials, presentations, and communications to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms and communication channels to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Drive data-driven decision making through robust metrics, KPIs, and program analytics.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance advisor experiences.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives.
