Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, product ownership, or similar in financial services or fintech.
• Familiar with product development lifecycle and agile delivery.
• Ability to analyze data, build dashboards, and run experiments.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into clear product outcomes, metrics, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate on roadmaps and quarterly planning.
• Write epics and user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a transparent backlog.
• Ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and compliant with policies.
• Design for interoperability across advisor tools and data pipelines; steward API and data contracts.
• Drive agile ceremonies and remove blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Define product health metrics like adoption, engagement, SLA/SLOs, latency, NPS.
• Support change management with enablement materials and release notes.
