Job summary

ALSAC is seeking an Advisor - Direct Response to lead operations for pricing, workflow and delivery performance across direct marketing programs. You will work with production, logistics and external partners to implement strategic solutions that optimize multichannel direct response campaigns.

The role requires strong project management, pricing analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on efficiency and timely execution.

Qualifications

Requires thorough knowledge of direct marketing, fundraising or marketing practices to drive solution & operational support.
Knowledge and experience in project management and oversight for direct marketing production and logistic processes.
5 years of experience in Marketing/Business or a related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads pricing strategy development for direct response programs across multiple channels.
Oversees logistics for production and procurement in direct response initiatives.
Maintains and improves deployment tasks and project management across Direct Marketing teams.
Ensures collaboration with internal and external partners on MSP/MSA/SOWs for production and logistics.
Drives innovation in traffic workflows and mail delivery performance for direct response programs.
