Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Manager to lead the Client Compensation team in Fort Mill, SC. You will guide a 10–12 person group, drive strategic programs, and mentor staff to deliver timely and accurate information to advisors for client outcomes.

You will partner with Business Consulting, Product, Compliance, Accounting and Audit to align initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the advisor experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing others.
• Series 99 license required, to be obtained within 90 days if not already completed.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive cross-department initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–12 to support advisors and staff.
• Drive department programs and improve accuracy of operations.
• Mentor and coach staff with real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with Business Consulting, Product, Compliance, Finance, Audit and other partners.
• Oversee training and knowledge sharing across teams and departments.
• Manage multi-department projects to enhance the advisor experience.
