Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or recruiting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Enjoy cold calling and building pipeline from scratch.
• Motivated by variable compensation and clear career earnings goals.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage your pipeline, keeping CRM clean and forecast honest.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing.
• Partner with senior teammates to move qualified advisors toward a signed agreement.
• Hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets.
