As an Advisor-Business Billing & Sales Support (Remote), you will play a key role in TDS’ strategy to grow, delight, and retain our business customers. This contact center position involves investigating and resolving commercial billing concerns, working with customers and various departments (Sales, Product Management, Legal, IT, Tax Knowledge Center, etc.) until issues are resolved. Typical requests include tax exemption changes, liability adjustments, billing errors, pricing disputes, toll fraud, advertising concerns, and bill reprints.
The hourly rate ranges from $20-23/hr.
You will be the primary contact for schools, libraries, rural healthcare, USAC, and SLD customers, assisting with funding processes, ensuring proper documentation, and processing reimbursement requests via billing credits. You will handle billing projects, audits, order entry, and support process improvements. Maintaining current knowledge of products, services, and contact databases is essential.
This position offers remote work flexibility across 40+ states, with preferred locations including Bend, OR; Spokane, WA; Coeur D'Alene, ID; Alamogordo, NM; Arvada, CO; St. George, UT; and Madison, WI. The working hours are 8am-5pm PST, 9am-6pm MST, or 10am-7pm CST.
The listed pay range reflects the potential compensation, with actual offers based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Additional compensation such as bonuses or equity may apply.
