Overview
As an Advisor-Business Billing & Sales Support (Remote), you will be a key contributor to TDS’ overall strategy to grow, delight, and retain our business customers. This contact center position investigates and resolves commercial billing concerns and inquiries, working with customers and various interdepartmental groups (e.g., Sales, Product Management, Legal, IT, Tax Knowledge Center) until a mutually satisfactory resolution is achieved. Typical requests include tax exemption status changes, billing errors, pricing disputes, toll fraud, directory advertising concerns, and bill reprints.
The hourly rate will range from $20-23/hr.
You will be part of a team that serves schools, libraries, rural health care customers, USAC, and SLD of the government, managing funding processes and reimbursement requests, ensuring proper documentation, and processing billing credits.
You will handle projects or audits within TDS Wireline, Cable, and Bend billing systems, support order entry, and contribute to process improvements. You must maintain knowledge of products, services, and contact database activities.
This role allows remote work in over 40 states, with preferences for Bend, OR; Spokane, WA; Coeur D' Alene, ID; Alamogordo, NM; Arvada, CO; St. George, UT; Madison, WI. The shift is 8 am-5 pm PST, 9 am-6 pm MST, or 10 am-7 pm CST.
The listed pay range reflects potential compensation, which considers skills, experience, location, and other factors. Additional benefits may include bonuses and equity awards.
