Summary

As an Advisor Business Analyst - Medicaid, you will use your skills to help clients enhance health and human services outcomes for communities' most vulnerable members. Collaborate with teams to develop innovative healthcare solutions and address major healthcare challenges.

Your role in our mission

• Coordinate IT project workstreams to align solutions with client priorities
• Serve as SME and liaison between technical teams and clients to translate requirements into results
• Delegate tasks, coach team members, and improve business processes
• Document and oversee system requirements and streamline workflows
• Support quality control by validating test results to meet requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum nine years of healthcare experience as a business analyst or requirements translator
• At least three years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features like macros and relational databases
• Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
• Experience with business process re-engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills and curiosity to solve complex problems
• Leadership qualities to motivate and coach less experienced team members
