As an Advisor Business Analyst - Medicaid at Gainwell, you will harness technology to help clients improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Join a team dedicated to innovative healthcare solutions. Here are the details of this position:

Your role in our mission

Focus on meeting critical needs to help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client priorities
  • Serve as SME and liaison between technical and non-technical teams to transform requirements into results
  • Delegate tasks, coach team members, and improve business processes
  • Streamline workflows and oversee system requirements implementation
  • Support quality control by validating test results to ensure requirements are met
What we're looking for
  • Nine or more years of healthcare experience as a business analyst or requirements translator
  • At least 3 years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features like macros and relational databases
  • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
  • Experience with business process re-engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities to influence clients and teams
  • Leadership qualities to motivate and coach less experienced staff
