Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client priorities.
  2. Serve as SME and liaison for clients and internal teams, transforming requirements into results.
  3. Delegate tasks, coach team members, and enhance business processes.
  4. Streamline workflows and oversee system requirements implementation.
  5. Support quality control by validating test results.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 9 years in Business Analysis, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid System Pharmacy Configuration, QNXT, and FACETS.
  • Pharmacy billing and claims data knowledge, including PDE and formulary data.
  • Proficiency in designing complex health care data queries.

  • Remote work available within continental US.
  • Potential travel up to 25%.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $86,800 - $124,000/year, varies by location and experience. Benefits include flexible vacation, 401(k) match, health plans, educational assistance, and career development opportunities.
