Role Description

In this full-time, hybrid position based in Jackson, MI, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and guiding clients toward financial security. Day-to-day tasks include identifying clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate solutions, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role.

• Understanding of insurance products and services, with a focus on life, home, auto, and financial planning solutions
• Sales and client services abilities, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
