Hybrid | Midtown Manhattan | Reports to Director of Advertising

We’re seeking an experienced Advertising Supervisor to lead a small team and drive the execution of strategic media initiatives across all channels. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the digital and traditional advertising landscape.

Responsibilities:

Lead advertising team and oversee media plans across TV, digital, audio, and print.

Ensure flawless execution of advertising and partnership initiatives.

Monitor budgets, track billing, and analyze media performance and KPIs.

Collaborate with global and internal teams to align with brand strategy.

Evaluate media partners, negotiate placements, and uphold brand standards.

Support content partnerships and custom executions across platforms.

Represent the brand professionally in all external communications.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in advertising or media planning.

Strong understanding of the luxury media landscape (luxury experience preferred).

Proficiency in media tools: Vivvix, ComScore, Flashtalking, Rephonic.

Advanced Excel and presentation skills.

Proven team leadership and mentorship abilities.

Strategic thinker with excellent time management and attention to detail.
